Was ObamaCare Vote Illegal?

While watching the Wisconsin vote unfurl it made me think about the way the Democrats rammed through Obama care with only 51 votes.  They had to remove all budgetary items.  Well, didn’t the Senate have to do the same thing with the Obamacare bill?  If that is true for their bill then they screwed up.  Obamacare has over $105 billion appropriations in the bill.  Isn’t that a budgetary item that requires a super-majority vote?  I admit I ‘m no expert on parliamentary procedure but it looks like that would somehow void the Obamacare bill, or at least require a re-vote.  Someone who know parliamentary procedures please enlighten me.
